Wanneer u uw bevestiging niet meer kunt vinden in uw mailbox kunt u ons een e-mail sturen via rieu@saillanthotels.eu met het verzoek om een nieuwe bevestiging. Vermeld bij uw vraag alstublieft de datum waarop u ons zult bezoeken. 

 

 

U ontvangt uw e-tickets op voorhand op het door u geregistreerde e-mailadres. Dit is het e-mailadres waarop u ook uw bevestiging heeft ontvangen. De geplande verzenddatum zal rond eind juni 2024 liggen, daags voor de aanvang van de concertreeks.

 

 

Indien gewenst kunt u via onderstaande link een blanco cadeauvoucher downloaden welke u zelf kunt uitprinten en invullen. Deze geldt niet als entreebewijs. Deze kunt u hier downloaden 

 

De concerten beginnen om 21:00 uur op het Vrijthof. Toegang tot het Vrijthof gaat via de ingang aan de Grote Staat, Bredestraat en Statenstraat. De poorten gaan om 18:30 uur open en om 19:00u start het diner. Om ca. 20:00 uur verzorgt de Koninklijke Harmonie Sainte Cécile Eijsden straatoptredens met feestelijke marsmuziek. De ingang aan de Statenstraat / Keizer Karelplein is het dichtste bij ons restaurant. 

 

 

Het Vrijthof is van 17.00 uur tot 01.00 uur volledig afgesloten. Tussen 18.30 en 00.30 uur mogen alleen mensen (voetgangers) met een plaatsbewijs, een toegangspasje of een bandje op het plein.

 

 

Het concert zal rond 00:00 uur eindigen

 

 

Tickets voor onze terrasarrangementen zijn non-refundable, dat betekend dat u deze niet kosteloos kunt wijzigen of annuleren. Indien u een wijziging wenst te maken kunt u deze aanvragen via een e-mail naar rieu@saillanthotels.eu. Wij wijzen u erop dat wijzigen niet altijd mogelijk is en er mogelijk kosten verbonden zijn aan het wijzigen van uw reservering.

 

 

Wanneer u aankomt op het terras van Restaurant Vrienden van het Vrijthof begeleid een host u naar de voor u gereserveerde plaatsen. Het is dus niet mogelijk om zelf zitplaatsen te kiezen of deze op voorhand te reserveren. 

 

 

Honden zijn niet welkom op het Vrijthof gedurende de terrasarrangementen of de concerten van André Rieu, een uitzondering hierop zijn geregistreerde hulphonden. 

 

 

Kinderen zijn welkom gedurende de terrasarrangementen en concerten van André Rieu. Voor alle leeftijdscategorieën geld het huishoudelijk regelement en daarmee bepaalde gedragsregels. Kinderen tot 2 jaar mogen kosteloos bij een volwassene op schoot zitten. Het is niet mogelijk een kinderwagen of maxi-cosi mee te nemen aan tafel. Voor kinderen vanaf 2 jaar geld het reguliere tarief.

 

 

Bij het maken van de reservering via onze webshop kunt u per persoon uw dieetwensen aangeven. Door de schaalgrote van onze productie kunnen wij kruisbesmetting nooit volledig uitsluiten. Wij houden rekening met de volgende dieetwensen: Glutenvrij dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Notenallergie en Vegetarisch dieet. Het is door de productiegrote helaas niet mogelijk om rekening te houden met andere dan hier boven genoemde dieetwensen.

 

 

Bij regen gaat het concert op het Vrijthof door, u krijgt in dit geval van ons regenponcho’s. Aangezien het concert in de open lucht is, adviseren wij u tevens gepaste regenkleding mee te nemen. Tijdens het concert zijn paraplu's niet toegestaan.

 

 

U mag met uw hulpmiddelen naar uw zitplaats gaan. Vervolgens worden deze door de hosts van Restaurant Vrienden van het Vrijthof meegenomen en aan de zijkant van het terras geplaatst. Wij vragen u een klein opvouwbaar model rolstoel, rollator of scootmobiel mee te nemen in verband met de beperkte ruimte op het vrijthof. Tip: Bind een gekleurd lintje aan uw hulpmiddel, dan vindt u deze na afloop van het concert gemakkelijk terug. 

 

De fietsenstalling aan de Kesselskade is tijdens de concerten geopend tot 02.30 uur.

 

 

Maastricht heeft ruim 7.000 parkeerplaatsen. Als u de stad binnenrijdt, ziet u op borden waar nog parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar zijn Wij adviseren u om tijdig en goed voorbereid naar Maastricht te vertrekken. Helaas niet. Tot 16.30 uur is de Vrijthofgarage bereikbaar via Kommel, Oude Tweebergenpoort, Sint Servaasklooster en Vagevuur. Wegrijden kan in de richting van Henric van Veldekeplein Bouillonstraat. Wel raden wij aan om vanwege grote drukt op het Vrijthof de Vrijthofgarage te vermijden. Na 16:30u kunt u het Vrijthof niet meer per auto bereiken.

 

Vanwege drukte adviseren wij vooraf een taxi te reserveren. Hiervoor kunt u bijvoorbeeld contact opnemen met Taxi Frenske via telefoonnummer: 0031 (0)43-3636362. De chauffeur kan dan ook aangeven waar u het beste met elkaar kunt afspreken. Een veel gebruikt punt is aan de Kommel, waar het Kruisherenhotel gelegen is. Er is een taxistandplaats voorzien op de Markt.

 

Voorafgaand aan het concert kunt u gebruik maken van zowel trein- als busvervoer naar en in Maastricht. Voor informatie over tijden en tarieven: www.arriva.nl of www.9292.nl . Houdt u er rekening mee dat er geen openbaar vervoer meer is na afloop van het concert. Er worden geen speciale pendelbussen ingezet.

 

Voordat het concert begint kunt u afgezet worden bij het Keizer Karelplein, uw chauffeur kan weer wegrijden via de Kommel of achter de St. Servaaskerk langs. Dit dient u zelf aan te vragen bij de Gemeente Maastricht.

 

Halverwege het concert is er een korte pauze voorzien. Tijdens de pauze kunt u drankjes bestellen en wordt er een snack geserveerd.

 

Ja, u mag gebruik maken van de toiletten gedurende het terrasarrangement en het concert. Graag wijzen wij erop dat onze toiletten gelegen zijn op de 2e etage en enkel per trap bereikbaar zijn. Rolstoelgebruikers kunnen ook gebruik maken van een aangepast toilet in het Theater aan het Vrijthof.

 

Het is toegestaan om foto’s (zonder professionele camera) te maken tijdens het concert.

 

Het is niet mogelijk gebruik te maken van onze stopcontacten. Wij raden u aan uw mobiele apparatuur vooraf op te laden of een draagbare accu mee te nemen.

 

 

I can't find my booking confirmation in my mailbox, what should I do?

If you can no longer find your confirmation in your mailbox, please send us an e-mail at rieu@saillanthotels.eu asking for a new confirmation. In your request, please include the date you will be visiting us. When will I receive my e-tickets? You will receive your e-tickets no later than 48 hours in advance at your registered e-mail address. This is the e-mail address where you also received your confirmation. This year, we are working with 1 shipping round days before the concerts.

I would like to give tickets as a gift, can I order a gift voucher?

What time does the concert start?

The concert starts at 9.00 pm on the Vrijthof. There is an entrance on the Grote Staat, Bredestraat and Statenstraat. Gates will open at 6.30 pm and the dinner starts at 7.00 pm. At about 8.00 pm, the Royal Harmony Sainte Cécile Eijsden will provide street performances with festive marching music. The entrance on Statenstraat is closest to our restaurant.

What time will the Vrijthof be closed?

The Vrijthof will be completely closed from 5:00 pm to 1 am. Between 5.00 pm and 00.30 am, only people (pedestrians) with a ticket, an access pass or a band will be allowed on the square.

What time does the concert end?

The concert is expected to end around midnight.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Tickets for our terrace packages are non-refundable, which means you cannot change or cancel them free of charge. If you wish to make a change, you can request it by emailing rieu@saillanthotels.eu. Please note that changes are not always possible and there may be costs associated with changing your reservation.

Can I choose my own seats when I arrive on the terrace?

When you arrive at the terrace of Restaurant Vrienden van het Vrijthof, a host will guide you to the seats reserved for you. It is therefore not possible to choose your own seats or reserve them in advance.

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome during the terrace packages and André Rieu concerts. For all age categories, the domestic regulations and thus certain rules of conduct apply. Children under 2 can sit on an adult's lap free of charge. It is not possible to bring a pram or maxi-cosi to the table. For children aged 2 and over, the regular rate applies.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are not welcome at the Vrijthof during terrace packages or André Rieu's concerts, an exception being registered assistance dogs.

How do I pass on my dietary requirements?

When making reservations via our webshop, you can indicate your dietary requirements per person. Due to the large scale of our production, we can never completely rule out cross-contamination. We take into account the following dietary requirements: Gluten-free diet, Lactose-free diet, Nut allergy and Vegetarian diet. Unfortunately, due to the production size, it is not possible to take into account dietary requirements other than those mentioned above.

Will the concert take place in bad weather?

If it rains, the Vrijthof concert will take place. In this case, the organisers will provide you with rain ponchos. As the concert is in the open air, we also advise you to bring appropriate rainwear. Umbrellas are not allowed during the concert.

May walkers, mobility scooters, wheelchairs and crutches be taken to the seat?

You may take your aids to your seat. They will then be taken by the hosts of Friends of the Vrijthof Restaurant and placed at the side of the terrace. We ask you to bring a small folding model wheelchair, walker or mobility scooter due to the limited space on the Vrijthof. Tip: Tie a coloured ribbon to your aid so you can easily find it again after the concert.

Where can I park my bicycle?

The bicycle shed on Kesselskade is open until 02.30 am during the concerts.

Where can I park my car?

Maastricht has over 7,000 parking spaces. As you enter the city, you will see signs indicating where parking spaces are still available. We advise you to leave for Maastricht well in advance and be prepared. Will the Vrijthof garage remain accessible?

No, before 4.00 pm, the Vrijthofgarage will be accessible via Kommel, Oude Tweebergenpoort, Sint Servaasklooster and Vagevuur. Drive off in the direction of Henric van Veldekeplein Bouillonstraat. However, we do recommend avoiding the Vrijthof garage due to large pressures on the Vrijthof.

Where are the taxis?

Due to crowds, we advise you to book a taxi in advance. To do so, you can contact Taxi Frenske at telephone number: 0031 (0)43-3636362, for example. The driver can then also indicate the best place to meet. A frequently used point is at the Kommel, where the Kruisheren Hotel is located. A taxi stand is provided on the Market Square.

Can I use shuttle buses or public transport?

Prior to the concert, you can use both train and bus transport to and in Maastricht. For information on times and fares: www.arriva.nl or www.9292.nl . Please note that there is no public transport after the concert. No special shuttle buses will be used.

I have mobility problems, where can I be dropped off close to the Vrijthof?

Before the concert starts, you can be dropped off at Keizer Karelplein, your driver can leave again via Statenstraat. You should request this from the Municipality of Maastricht.

Is there a break during the concert?

There will be a short break halfway through the concert. During the break, you can order drinks and a snack will be served.

Can I use the toilet during the concert?

Yes, you may use the toilets during the terrace arrangement and the concert. Please note that our toilets are located on the 2nd floor and are only accessible by stairs. Wheelchair users can also use an adapted toilet in the Theater aan het Vrijthof.

How do I order drinks during the terrace package and the concert?

When you arrive at the terrace, a personal QR code will be waiting for you on the terrace. You scan this with your phone's regular camera app to enter the order screen. You pay per order via I-Deal, online bankpayments or your chosen credit card. We are not allowed to serve during the concert to avoid inadvertently disrupting the concert. Should you then place an order, you will receive it during the interval. The intermission is your last ordering time, after the intermission we are not allowed to serve.

Am I allowed to take photos during the concert?

You are allowed to take photos (without a professional camera) during the concert.

Can I use an electrical outlet at Friends of the Vrijthof?

It is not possible to use our power outlets. We recommend you to change your mobile devices in advance or bring a portable battery.
